What you will do
- Develop profitable business through client relationship building and account management.
- Lead the delivery of complex projects ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication.
- Support relationship development with large key clients and act as a relationship manager.
- Lead proposal writing and shaping of opportunities for complex clients.
- Contribute to thought leadership and research to enhance the Korn Ferry brand.
- Deepen consulting skills and support the development of colleagues through mentoring.
Requirements
- Relevant higher (Master’s or Doctorate) degree plus 10+ years relevant work experience in a consultancy and/or a client HR function.
- Alternatively, significant work experience (10+ years) in a top tier professional services firm.
- Ability to work in Krung Thep Mahanakhon (Bangkok).
