What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
  • Implement new features, improve existing functionality, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, ensuring application performance, stability, and responsiveness.
  • Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and memory leaks.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Android Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Kotlin; basic knowledge of Java.
  • Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle.
  • Understanding of Android application architecture (MVVM, MVP) and UI development using XML and Material Design guidelines.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and version control systems (Git).
  • Familiarity with common Android libraries and frameworks (Jetpack components), multithreading, coroutines, and background processing.
  • Basic experience with unit testing and UI testing.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
  • German: Intermediate+ and above.
