What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Implement new features, improve existing functionality, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, ensuring application performance, stability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and memory leaks.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Android Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin; basic knowledge of Java.
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle.
- Understanding of Android application architecture (MVVM, MVP) and UI development using XML and Material Design guidelines.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with common Android libraries and frameworks (Jetpack components), multithreading, coroutines, and background processing.
- Basic experience with unit testing and UI testing.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
- German: Intermediate+ and above.
