What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to the Head of Public Sector Sales to support global planning and decision-making.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline health, and executive reporting including risk assessment and scenario modeling.
  • Lead the Pipeline Council and Deal Reviews to ensure consistency and rigor in sales execution.
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, and Sales Ops to ensure the Public Sector is represented in global planning cycles.
  • Identify opportunities to improve GTM efficiency, deal velocity, and predictability.
  • Translate complex data into actionable narratives and recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience with Public Sector sales, including procurement complexity and governance.
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL proficiency.
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Ability to operate globally across different time zones and sales motions.
