What you will do
- Assisting senior engineers in providing technical support to NXP customers regarding product application, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Conducting basic testing and reproduction of customer reported issues in a lab environment.
- Contributing to the development of technical documentation, application notes, and training materials.
- Participating in team meetings and learning sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the Customer Application Support team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor devices, microcontrollers, and digital/analog electronics.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and programming languages (e.g., C/C++) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
