What you will do

  • Assisting senior engineers in providing technical support to NXP customers regarding product application, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Conducting basic testing and reproduction of customer reported issues in a lab environment.
  • Contributing to the development of technical documentation, application notes, and training materials.
  • Participating in team meetings and learning sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support the Customer Application Support team.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor devices, microcontrollers, and digital/analog electronics.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems and programming languages (e.g., C/C++) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with customer interaction or technical support is beneficial but not required.
