What you will do
- Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing and paid media strategies for pharma clients.
- Manage social media profiles and search engine marketing across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Bing.
- Ensure all campaign materials comply with strict MLR (Medical/Legal/Regulatory) standards.
- Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools and provide transparent reporting to clients.
- Collaborate with content teams to create materials for clinical trial recruitment based on trial protocols.
- Contribute to RFPs and new business proposals to help drive growth and win new clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on social and search platforms.
- Proven experience working in digital marketing agencies servicing pharma clients or within a life-sciences organization.
- Deep understanding of the pharma product lifecycle, from clinical trial phases to market expiration.
- Proficiency with platforms like GA4, Sprinklr, or similar social listening and reporting tools.
- Strong background in managing end-to-end social media handles, including compliance and moderation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate multi-channel campaign delivery.
