What you will do
- Drive net-new customer acquisition and revenue for a specific territory.
- Understand customer business and technical requirements across all verticals.
- Design solutions using Twilio’s communications API platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support).
- Advise on digital communication strategies and help customers get started on the Twilio platform.
- Balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects/deals simultaneously.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales / customer facing experience in a tech space.
- Understanding of the cloud computing / communications business model.
- Experience selling to a technical audience with a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High adaptability and comfort trying new things in a rapid-paced environment.
- Must be based in Ireland.
