- Maintain and review asset lists to ensure accuracy and updates.
- Upload and manage digital assets within internal systems.
- Maintain and enrich asset metadata to support efficient content management.
- Prepare curated image selections tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with different departments to align and coordinate content.
- Support the team with daily operational tasks and ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
- A proactive, hands-on team player with a collaborative and supportive mindset.
