What you will do

  • Partner with teammates to understand and articulate product vision for clients.
  • Facilitate workshops to generate customized business solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients across industries to achieve differentiating outcomes.
  • Create artifacts such as personas, epics, and stories to maximize value.
  • Facilitate agile analysis workshops with senior client stakeholders to define business vision, roadmap, and release plans.
  • Liaise between clients and cross-functional teams to manage product backlogs and software delivery.

Requirements

  • Must have current right to work in Singapore (Singapore citizen or PR only)
  • Experience delivering impactful software on collaborative teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to model business processes and facilitate requirement elicitation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Resilient and flexible in ambiguous situations with problem-solving mindset.
