What you will do

  • Collaborate with sound designers to define and implement interactive audio systems.
  • Design and maintain efficient audio tools and pipelines for content integration.
  • Develop clear APIs to allow other engineering teams to interact with audio systems.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of audio systems regarding CPU, RAM, and streaming budgets.
  • Contribute to the full development lifecycle of the game from early stage to release.

Requirements

  • Professional experience working on game engine code.
  • Strong proficiency in C++ and performance-sensitive design.
  • Ability to balance design simplicity with optimization requirements.
  • Experience or strong understanding of game audio systems and middleware.
