What you will do
- Collaborate with sound designers to define and implement interactive audio systems.
- Design and maintain efficient audio tools and pipelines for content integration.
- Develop clear APIs to allow other engineering teams to interact with audio systems.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of audio systems regarding CPU, RAM, and streaming budgets.
- Contribute to the full development lifecycle of the game from early stage to release.
Requirements
- Professional experience working on game engine code.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and performance-sensitive design.
- Ability to balance design simplicity with optimization requirements.
- Experience or strong understanding of game audio systems and middleware.
