What you will do
- Deliver daily user support and troubleshoot complex IT issues across multiple platforms.
- Manage and support IT enterprise platforms and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain basic scripts for IT administration automation.
- Collaborate on IT initiatives and projects aligned with business needs.
- Oversee user account management, access control, and system security.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Riga, Latvia
- 2+ years experience in IT Workplace Engineer or similar roles.
- Experience managing endpoints, collaboration tools, user provisioning, device management, and ITSM applications.
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and networking knowledge are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
