What you will do

  • Take full ownership of talent acquisition delivery, ensuring hiring effectively supports business growth and pace.
  • Build and run a data-driven, AI-enabled Talent Acquisition function that continuously improves hiring processes.
  • Turn hiring goals into clear execution plans and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Raise the hiring bar across the company by setting strong standards for assessment and decision-making.
  • Lead, develop, and performance-manage the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Introduce and optimize modern recruitment tools, automation, and AI to enhance impact and reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience in Sales, Operations, Marketing, IT, or Product, with significant responsibility for scaling teams.
  • Proven, hands-on collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams, either as a key hiring leader or close partner.
  • Experience leading and performance-managing teams of 6 or more people.
  • Strong understanding of high-quality hiring practices, including assessment, hiring speed, and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to run an operationally excellent, data-driven function, using metrics and performance indicators.
  • Practical exposure to automation, AI, or advanced tools in scaling teams or operations.
  • English: B2+ required.
