What you will do
- Translate clinical requirements into product strategy and execution plans within product squads
- Ensure clinical integrity, safety, and evidence alignment in product design and decisions
- Identify and mitigate clinical risks early in the product lifecycle
- Serve as liaison between Product, Care Delivery, and Clinical Leadership to ensure feedback loops
- Drive alignment on clinical standards, guardrails, and scope
- Review AI-enabled experiences for clinical appropriateness and support risk governance
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Advanced clinical degree (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, MD, or equivalent)
- 5+ years clinical experience in behavioral health or digital care delivery
- 3+ years partnering with product teams in health tech
- Strong familiarity with measurement-based care, clinical assessment frameworks, and digital mental health safety standards
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
