What you will do

  • Qualify and develop sophisticated enterprise leads from C-level contacts and inbound requests.
  • Design and manage outbound campaigns targeting top companies in the DACH region.
  • Use consultative sales methodologies to analyze priorities and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline in collaboration with Senior Account Executives and Marketing.
  • Arrange qualified meetings with key stakeholders at management and board levels.
  • Contribute to improving prospecting processes and provide feedback to Sales Management.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, software, or technology.
  • Completed degree or relevant vocational training in Business Administration, Communications, or similar.
  • Excellent German skills (C2) and fluent English communication.
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to Chemnitz, Leipzig, or Dresden region.
  • Ready to work onsite 2 days a week in Chemnitz with travel costs covered.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to engage decision-makers.
