What you will do
- Develop with object-oriented programming languages like C++ and Java for Maritime Anti-Submarine Warfare systems.
- Apply proper coding practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform Linux-based operating systems and code development.
- Contribute to the integration and testing of systems and test tools.
- Support the development and selection of key technologies for the Navy.
- Work with complex software algorithms and digital signal processing hardware.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a US Government security clearance.
- Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language such as C++ or Java.
- Experience with Linux-based operating systems and code development.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of third-party tools for code coverage, memory leaks, and other code integrity checks.
- Knowledge or understanding of Qt programming.
