What you will do

  • Architect and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make to optimize sales and marketing processes.
  • Manage technical integrations between lead capture tools and Salesforce using REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Develop and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation, cleaning, and custom platform integrations.
  • Analyze marketing data to ensure pipeline integrity and identify key optimization opportunities.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting system errors, server logs, and API data discrepancies.
  • Implement and govern data structures to support scalable reporting and operational performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on technical expertise with Salesforce, including custom objects, flows, and relational data structures.
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data handling.
  • Experience using SQL for database management and reporting.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Spain (Madrid or Marbella) for 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, data layers, and tracking implementations.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including Git, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Experience with web frameworks like Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
