What you will do

  • Support Benefits QA analysts with daily activities and complex requests
  • Serve as subject matter expert on department standards and processes
  • Drive enhancement of test plans to ensure application functionality meets requirements
  • Maintain plan data integrity and build department metrics to identify process improvements

Requirements

  • Must have 6+ years of QA experience in healthcare or health insurance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel and data reporting experience
  • Basic MySQL skills encouraged
  • Excellent communication skills for meetings and written correspondence
  • Must be located in the United States to comply with remote work policy
