What you will do

  • Proactively identify, research, and engage new enterprise prospects across a defined territory or vertical.
  • Build a healthy, opportunity-rich pipeline by reaching new buyers and initiating conversations around AI data and training services.
  • Own the full AI sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to solution presentation, negotiation, and close.
  • Present Lionbridge’s AI solutions in a compelling and consultative way, customizing value propositions for client-specific use cases.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and internal/external Operations teams to drive successful outcomes and foster strong relationships.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and sales reporting, contributing to overall strategy and planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong preference for experience selling AI/ML services or data-centric technology solutions.
  • Ability to communicate business-outcome differentiated value that solves customer pain points.
  • A hunter mindset with demonstrated success in prospecting, engaging new accounts, and opening doors to high-level decision makers.
  • Confidence in navigating complex organizations and leading multi-stakeholder sales conversations while fostering trust and credibility.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage pipeline, tasks, and performance.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry engagements.
