What you will do
- Design scalable and high-performance Pega application architectures
- Create and implement complex workflows, decision techniques, and system integrations
- Build and maintain common components and optimize core products and databases
- Provide architectural guidance and support feature scoping
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and QA teams
- Mentor team members on modern Pega tools and studios
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of Pega PRPC development experience
- Minimum 2+ years as Pega Lead System Architect
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification
- Experience with Pega Infinity and Constellation configuration
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Experience in financial sector is an asset
