What you will do
- Work 30% directly with customers and 70-80% on hands-on coding and integration.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, integrations, and automations connecting DevRev with customer systems.
- Integrate SaaS and non-SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and real-time communication architectures.
- Optimize AI performance using prompt engineering, semantic search, and generative AI techniques.
- Analyze data with SQL and build dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, engineering, product, and support teams.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of software development or platform engineering experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
- Applied AI knowledge including LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent validation.
- Experience with API integration patterns, data synchronization, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment on serverless platforms and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.
