What you will do

  • Execute and operationalize Cafeyn’s content strategy for the UK, Australia, US, Canada, and other English-speaking countries.
  • Lead content team, manage publisher relationships, negotiate, and renew content distribution agreements, and support content portfolio expansion.
  • Identify and leverage market opportunities, focusing on content monetization, digitalization, and advertising integration.
  • Represent Cafeyn within the UK media, tech, advertising, and publishing ecosystem at industry events.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize the content acquisition budget and track performance indicators for your region.
  • Lead and support the UK team, develop team members' skills, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships, ideally within media.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing complex B2B distribution agreements.
  • Experience working with publishers or content partners is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage budgets.
  • Strong negotiation, commercial acumen, and strategic mindset.
  • Analytical and data-driven with excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Must be based in the UK or able to operate effectively within the UK publisher ecosystem.
