What you will do
- Lead compliance risk assessments and maintain monitoring programs across jurisdictions.
- Oversee real-time monitoring of communications to prevent misconduct.
- Conduct group-wide audits and evaluate internal controls and compliance policies.
- Test new business initiatives for compliance adherence and validate remediation projects.
- Develop and deliver compliance training and promote a compliance-first culture.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Cyprus
- BSc/BA in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years in compliance or QA roles within multi-regulated investment firms.
- Preferably CySEC Certificates of Professional Competence (Advanced and AML).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills; ability to manage teams under pressure.
