What you will do

  • Identify and translate AI and LLM use cases into concrete solution concepts.
  • Design, implement, and integrate AI/LLM solutions into existing systems and business processes.
  • Continuously evaluate new developments in AI, Large Language Models, and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with Development, IT, and business departments to establish AI solutions.
  • Develop prototypes, conduct testing, and support the transition from proof-of-concept to productive deployment.
  • Contribute to building a scalable AI infrastructure (deployment, containerization, system integration).

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in C#, PHP, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience in prompt engineering and integrating LLMs via APIs.
  • Knowledge of topics such as transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Experience in application deployment (e.g., containerization, infrastructure, system environments).
  • Communicate confidently in German and/or English.
  • Work independently, analytically, and with strong intrinsic motivation.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of data science or NLP.
  • Experience with local LLMs, Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with speech recognition or real-time AI applications.
  • Understanding of agentic AI systems.
