What you will do
- Provide technical support for internal users, including clinical and non-clinical staff, across Mac and PC environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot MDM systems and device configurations.
- Support the engineering team in identifying and resolving software-related user issues.
- Manage internal software licenses and accounts, including Zoom and Slack.
- Maintain accurate hardware asset records for all devices.
- Handle incoming requests via the ticketing system, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Support role.
- Must be based in the LATAM region.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Experience supporting Mac OS X and PC environments.
- Experience working with MDM platforms such as Rippling or JAMF.
- Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Intercom, and Google Workspace.
