What you will do

  • Lead and develop the Commercial & Contract Management North team covering all contractual and commercial tasks in winning and executing business phases.
  • Ensure proper resource allocation in core teams for business unit deals.
  • Handle strategic commercial aspects and support bid and contract preparations.
  • Support negotiation and execution of contractual terms and conditions, including customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with Tender Management, Finance, Business Units, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and development of the commercial function in close cooperation with other managers.

Requirements
