What you will do

  • Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in claims data to support investigation efforts.
  • Perform operational analysis and provide intelligence support for complex fraud cases.
  • Conduct OSINT and information gathering for both individual cases and larger investigations.
  • Develop and refine analytical methods and tools for the Norwegian investigation department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT, data, and business across the Nordics.
  • Prepare risk assessments and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
  • Experience in police work, investigation, or similar analytical roles within financial crime.
  • Strong background in information gathering, mapping, and investigative analysis.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large datasets with programming skills (Databricks, SQL, Python).
  • Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable advice.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently in a specialized environment.
