What you will do
- Expand existing customer relationships by identifying AI-led upsell and cross-sell opportunities within Genesys Cloud.
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles and orchestrate pre- and post-sales resources to ensure growth.
- Develop deep relationships with key customer stakeholders, including economic buyers and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and partners to ensure high adoption rates and long-term value.
- Track, manage, and forecast sales performance accurately within Salesforce to ensure predictable revenue outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership on CX and AI best practices to position the company as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in expansion sales within CCaaS, SaaS, or customer engagement solutions.
- Track record of success in selling AI-powered solutions within financial services or highly regulated industries.
- Expertise in utilizing the MEDDPICC framework for opportunity management and inspection.
- Proven ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles and handle high-level negotiations.
- Demonstrated success in working with partners and managing internal stakeholder collaboration.
- Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
