What you will do

  • Define and execute the HR Services Delivery Center strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead a multi-level HR services organization across the US, Canada, and Latin America.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of HR transactions, including benefits, onboarding, and payroll support.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and the implementation of AI-driven workflow solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), and budget/cost-to-serve metrics.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and HR COEs to improve the My Kyndryl platform and overall employee experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in Human Resources, specifically managing an HR Service Center.
  • Deep knowledge of multi-tier HR service delivery models and operational processes.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow case management systems.
  • Proven track record in leading organizational transformation and process re-engineering projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional global teams.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
