What you will do

  • Define target solution architectures for APIs, microservices, telephony, robotics, and AI-powered automation

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams across multiple UK cities and Hyderabad

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or able to work hybrid in Edinburgh, Bristol, or Leeds
  • Experience leading complex change across multiple interdependent systems
  • Deep knowledge of web and API architectures including microservices and event-driven patterns
  • Strong understanding of security, authentication (OAuth), and encryption
  • Hands-on experience defining architectural patterns, standards, and practices
  • English: B2 level or higher required

Nice to have

  • Cloud platform experience (GCP preferred, Azure or AWS also valuable)
  • Telephony/CCaaS experience (Genesys Cloud preferred)
  • Leadership experience of other architects
  • Prototyping innovative approaches with any tech stack
  • Experience with content management frameworks and tooling
