Salary: $107,500–$151,800 USD (based on location and experience).

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain internal tools and services to streamline the engineering lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve developer pain points and improve efficiency
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the development environment
  • Document best practices and technical decisions to foster knowledge sharing
  • Support new engineer onboarding through guidance on DevX tools and workflows

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Python or Go
  • Strong experience with Terraform, AWS, and modern CI/CD pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with AWS ECS and/or EKS
  • Effective communication skills and a growth mindset for learning new technologies

Nice to have

  • Experience building or maintaining developer experience tooling
  • Experience with internal platforms, libraries, or infrastructure automation
