What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day operational execution for the customer.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve processes, service, cost efficiency, and profitability.
  • Drive performance related to cost savings, cost avoidance, and on-time service delivery.
  • Manage and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, 1:1s, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor operational metrics and ensure accountability across team responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Planning, and Operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Truckload and LTL transportation.
  • 4+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience working with logistics systems and operational data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of logistics, transportation, or customer operations experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership or people management experience.
  • Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and operational reporting tools.
