What you will do
- Create and execute partner marketing acquisition strategies to support regional business and revenue objectives.
- Build and deliver co-marketing plans with key partners, driving online and offline demand generation through events, webinars, content, and joint campaigns.
- Lead partner Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives across South Africa & SADC, aligning with regional priorities and sales goals.
- Identify, shape, and roll out high-impact initiatives to expand reach and pipeline via partnerships.
- Empower partners by creating and delivering compelling marketing materials, playbooks, and ongoing support.
- Analyze campaign performance using data to optimize initiatives and uncover new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- English expert, additional regional languages are a plus.
- Experience in B2B Digital Marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- Experience working on partner or co-marketing initiatives (content, events, GTM, demand generation).
- Understanding of how marketing supports sales and revenue.
- Strong collaboration skills, both internally (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing) and externally (partners, agencies).
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments, testing, iterating, and learning from results.
