What you will do
- Own the full design lifecycle from user research to production-ready specs across consumer and developer products.
- Prototype frequently to explore and validate design ideas.
- Shape and scale design systems ensuring coherence across multiple product surfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to align priorities and ship quality products quickly.
- Deliver strong visual and interaction design craftsmanship across diverse product features.
- Advocate for users by grounding design decisions in research and data.
Requirements
- Location: Remote work from Canada
- 5–8 years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership of shipped products.
- Fluency in Figma including component architecture and design system work.
- Strong prototyping skills and experience building or contributing to design systems.
- Excellent visual design sensibility and interaction design skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage product work.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-augmented design tools and prototyping AI-built ideas.
- Interest or experience in web3, crypto wallets, DeFi, or blockchain developer tooling.
