What you will do
- Conduct multi-channel candidate search (professional networks, social media, job portals, internal databases, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong and diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Develop and support a network of high-quality candidates
- Initiate first contact and maintain communication with candidates
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team
- Continuously expand your toolkit by mastering new sourcing techniques and platforms and propose creative, data-driven, and result-oriented ideas that can boost sourcing efficiency and improve pipeline quality
Requirements
- Experience as a talent sourcer, researcher, recruiter, or completed recruitment courses
- English: strong intermediate level
- Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and awareness of key roles within the IT outsourcing industry
- Familiarity with technology trends and programming languages
- Knowledge of sourcing methods, tools, and search techniques
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and creativity
