What you will do

  • Conduct multi-channel candidate search (professional networks, social media, job portals, internal databases, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong and diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Develop and support a network of high-quality candidates
  • Initiate first contact and maintain communication with candidates
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Continuously expand your toolkit by mastering new sourcing techniques and platforms and propose creative, data-driven, and result-oriented ideas that can boost sourcing efficiency and improve pipeline quality

Requirements

  • Experience as a talent sourcer, researcher, recruiter, or completed recruitment courses
  • English: strong intermediate level
  • Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and awareness of key roles within the IT outsourcing industry
  • Familiarity with technology trends and programming languages
  • Knowledge of sourcing methods, tools, and search techniques
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • High level of self-organization, responsibility, and creativity
