What you will do
- Own day-to-day strategic account management for a major Entertainment partner to drive growth and product expansion.
- Act as the quarterback across internal and external stakeholders to ensure precise execution of commercial and technical workstreams.
- Lead account planning and execution including QBRs, Joint Business Plans, and ongoing executive engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to influence strategy and handle high-stakes conversations.
- Use structured analysis and AI-enabled tools to identify growth opportunities and accelerate decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, client success, or partnerships in a fast-paced technology or ecommerce environment.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen with the ability to lead product-focused conversations across internal teams.
- Proven organizational and program management skills to run multiple concurrent workstreams under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and executive-level trust building.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities with a deep ownership mindset.
