Requirements
- Must be a Singapore Citizen with eligibility for MSD CAT 1 security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in change management, corporate communications, or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong organizational and written communication skills.
