What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from inbound discovery to demo to close
  • Handle cross-sell and expansion opportunities with existing customers (about 20% of role)
  • Sell core product offerings to e-commerce brands across APAC
  • Own and exceed sales quota
  • Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams to qualify and convert inbound leads
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer transition post-sale

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia
  • 2–3+ years of proven sales closing experience, ideally in SaaS
  • Experience running discovery, live demos, and managing multi-stakeholder deals
  • Consistently exceed quota targets with a winner mindset
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex solutions
  • Entrepreneurial, coachable, curious, and self-directed in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to or working within the e-commerce space
  • Experience at a tech startup or scale-up
  • Background as an e-commerce founder or working directly with DTC brands
