What you will do
- Embed product best practices, frameworks, and governance to ensure consistency while maintaining team autonomy.
- Improve roadmapping and prioritization processes to ensure alignment with high-level business strategy.
- Establish clear performance metrics and track outcomes to ensure learnings inform future prioritization.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration, particularly for initiatives spanning multiple business units.
- Provide leadership with clear reporting on progress, risks, and return on investment.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with leaders to implement improvements in discovery and delivery practices.
Requirements
- Experience in product operations, product strategy, or senior product management within a SaaS or platform environment.
- Strong understanding of modern product management practices including discovery, roadmapping, and OKR frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Ability to model expected value, trade-offs, and opportunity costs for business cases.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with strong facilitation and communication skills.
