What you will do

  • Support day-to-day TechOps activities, handling incidents, service requests, and changes following ITIL best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum teams to clarify requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
  • Contribute to building AI-powered tools and automations using modern AI platforms and APIs.
  • Develop and maintain internal tools, scripts, and microservices to improve productivity.
  • Assist in operating and improving cloud environments on AWS and GCP.
  • Produce and maintain documentation for TechOps processes, tools, and services.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and coding skills in at least one programming language.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS or GCP.
  • Fundamental understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Comfortable with Linux basics and Bash scripting.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Academic projects or personal experience with AI/ML, LLMs, or data engineering.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tooling, including containers, CI/CD systems, and logging/monitoring tools.
  • Experience with Bash plus another scripting language to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Jira / Confluence, GitLab, Snipe-IT, or similar.
  • Passion for games, music, and mobile apps.
