ERP Project Manager & Functional Consultant (AI): Leading end-to-end implementation of AI-powered ERP automation products with an accent on process optimization, solution design, and customer success. Location: Hybrid in Germany (Cologne, Munich) or Spain, Remote in Austria. Must be able to relocate for or attend a minimum one-month comprehensive onboarding at the Zurich HQ. Regular monthly visits to Zurich are highly encouraged.

What you will do

  • Own the full implementation lifecycle from client requirements gathering to successful delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Design scalable, tailored solutions that align with complex customer business processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI-driven automation into existing enterprise workflows.
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, surfacing insights and ensuring full product adoption.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable long-term platform improvements.
  • Design tailored implementation plans in partnership with sales to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
  • Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Capability to maintain high performance in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) flows.
