What you will do

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust AI-powered applications, with a focus on agentic and multi-modal AI systems.
  • Architect scalable, production-grade software solutions using Python and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, scientists, software developers, and product managers.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines for training, evaluating, and serving AI models.
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of software engineering experience with cloud solutions (AWS or similar platforms)
  • Strong proficiency in Python or other programming languages such as Go
  • Experience developing and maintaining APIs in Python using frameworks such as FastAPI
  • Hands-on experience deploying and operating backend services in Kubernetes-based environments
  • Strong understanding of cloud architectures and DevOps practices (AWS and GitLab CI/CD preferred)

Nice to have

  • Experience working with relational databases and vector databases
  • Experience serving and operationalizing models in cloud environments using technologies such as Amazon SageMaker or Bedrock
  • Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor other engineers
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong commitment to code quality, security, scalability, and performance
