What you will do
- Ensure all digital assets are systematically organized and categorized for easy retrieval.
- Catalog, tag, and organize digital assets using OrangeDAM, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Track and validate metadata, work on taxonomy, and train end users.
- Enhance search capabilities within the DAM system using metadata and advanced search functionalities.
- Assist in the search and sourcing of assets during projects, resolving asset requests.
- Oversee usage rights, licensing, and compliance for digital assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Library Science, or related field, plus 2+ years of experience managing digital content or systems.
- Strong experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) software and understanding of file formats, taxonomies, and metadata standards.
- High level of accuracy in cataloging and auditing digital content libraries.
- Ability to work cross-functionally between technical and creative teams.
