What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for ice cream upgrades by aligning customer needs with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and communicate tailored technical solutions.
  • Develop product portfolios and create sales materials in partnership with the Product Manager.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and training to market operations teams.
  • Conduct site visits to validate product performance and identify new upgrade opportunities.
  • Engage directly with customers during site visits to promote the upgrade portfolio.

Requirements

  • Must be able to travel 20-50 days per year.
  • English language proficiency at a high level (C1 equivalent) is required.
  • Proven experience working with complex technical solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Positive, service-minded approach with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
