What you will do

  • Own building and scaling the commercial and mid-market customer base.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from discovery to closing, including demos and negotiations.
  • Build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers and drive business transformation.
  • Become an Airtable product expert, providing educational experiences and product feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a SaaS sales role with a track record of success.
  • Minimum 2+ years closing experience.
  • Experience as both a customer account manager and a new logo hunter.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing multiple client relationships concurrently.
  • Be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, eager to learn, and a creative problem solver.
  • Embody a growth mindset and an operational mindset to maximize productivity.

Nice to have

  • Fluent French or German speaker.
  • Airtable or no-code experience.
