What you will do
- Own building and scaling the commercial and mid-market customer base.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from discovery to closing, including demos and negotiations.
- Build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers and drive business transformation.
- Become an Airtable product expert, providing educational experiences and product feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a SaaS sales role with a track record of success.
- Minimum 2+ years closing experience.
- Experience as both a customer account manager and a new logo hunter.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing multiple client relationships concurrently.
- Be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, eager to learn, and a creative problem solver.
- Embody a growth mindset and an operational mindset to maximize productivity.
Nice to have
- Fluent French or German speaker.
- Airtable or no-code experience.
