What you will do

  • Lead the briefing, delivery, and execution of promotional assets for onepeloton.com, ensuring all projects meet strict deadlines and impact team goals.
  • Ideate and execute data-backed test ideas (A/B testing, User Testing) to improve web performance and operational agility.
  • Support initial implementation and ongoing usage of agentic AI workflows.
  • Monitor and report on asset performance metrics, providing detail to stakeholders to influence future project decisions.
  • Act as a key bridge between Product, Pricing and Promotions, Creative, Media, and Performance Creative teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in web marketing, digital project management, or e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex requests and propose workable solutions independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using data to drive decisions and a desire to learn how to influence management priorities through performance insights.
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail or project deadlines.
  • A history of building strong connections with cross-functional peers and a commitment to practicing authentic allyship and inclusive teamwork.

  • Experience working with Agentic AI or Generative AI tools is a plus.
