What you will do

  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide data management strategy aligned with organizational mission goals.
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks, including standards, policies, and operational workflows.
  • Create implementation roadmaps for system enhancements and data modernization efforts.
  • Synthesize complex datasets to generate executive-level reports, dashboards, and analytical visualizations.
  • Coordinate technical implementations with platform administrators and stakeholder organizations.
  • Analyze current environments to identify risks, capability gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in enterprise data management, governance, or analytics.
  • Proven ability to design and implement data strategies and complex technical roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated experience writing SOPs, governance documentation, and business process requirements.
  • Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and dashboard development using enterprise reporting tools.
