- Develop and execute a 1–3+ year strategic roadmap for enterprise platforms focusing on AI integration and automation
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture and R&D to embed AI capabilities into platform services

- Oversee platform governance, performance, lifecycle management, and vendor relationships
- Manage, coach, and motivate a global multidisciplinary team
- Drive change management to maximize user engagement and ROI
Requirements
- Location: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- 10+ years enterprise technology experience with 5+ years in senior leadership
- Proven experience managing enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Atlassian
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and platform modernization
- Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML platforms like Azure AI, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot
- Familiarity with agile, DevOps, and product management methodologies
- MBA or advanced degree
