What you will do

  • Define product strategy and set clear priorities using the OKR framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and engineering to execute roadmap objectives.
  • Lead product discovery and scope complex technical solutions with clear trade-off analysis.
  • Build and automate reporting products to enable senior leaders to adapt to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-launch execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in building complex reporting products.
  • Significant experience in a technical field like software development, engineering, or data analytics.
  • Proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product iterations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Technical understanding of the product development lifecycle and managing tech debt.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset.

Nice to have

  • Domain knowledge in the payments industry.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
