What you will do
- Secure customer understanding and translate it into service category value propositions
- Build strong relationships with Services and Market organizations for Cheese & Powder business
- Conduct customer technical visits with market representatives
- Monitor product performance and service delivery quality throughout product lifecycle
- Update technical guidelines, manuals, and sales documents to support business growth
- Drive execution of pilots to expand service solutions portfolio and manage technical sales questions
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland and work onsite
- Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering
- Basic experience in the food industry and knowledge of processing equipment
- Proactiveness, eagerness to learn, and curiosity
- Ability to work with intercultural teams and remotely within the global organization
