What you will do
- Own end-to-end coordination and delivery of external marketing projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Act as the operational point of contact for Applaydu marketing initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative Agency.
- Design and maintain scalable project tracking systems and standardized intake processes using Airtable.
- Facilitate structured meetings and maintain clear documentation of project scope, timelines, and changes.
- Identify risks and operational bottlenecks, proposing mitigation plans and process improvements.
- Support data-driven improvements in forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
