What you will do

  • Support Marketing & Digital Manager in global corporate communication and design activities.
  • Deliver visual merchandising guidelines and ensure implementation across all operations and store formats.
  • Implement promotion calendars to maximize sales and ensure correct brand execution.
  • Monitor and review visual implementation KPIs, providing feedback to Global teams.
  • Foster collaboration with Marketing to design commercial customer journeys.
  • Follow industry trends and provide recommendations on products, services, and campaigns.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing and visual merchandising experience in retail or F&B environments.
  • Knowledge of the customer journey, current trends, and visual merchandising best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic programs: X-Press, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, FreeHand, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, 3D tools, MS-Word, MS-Excel.
  • No travel restrictions.
